Refund Policy

If a consultation has already taken place, there is no refund.

If you have paid for a consultation, and it has been scheduled through the booking calendar, but has not taken place, there are several scenarios:

  • If there are seven days or more to go before the scheduled date, and you wish to cancel, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you wish to cancel with less than seven days to go before the scheduled date, there are two scenarios again:

    • I have already looked at your chart and done an analysis before our meeting - in this case you will get a 50% refund.​ 

    • I have not yet done any analysis of the chart - you will get a full refund.

  • If at the time of the meeting there is some kind of difficulty connecting, such as but not limited to, network issues, computer functioning problems such as with the microphone, speakers or camera, phone, zoom or google meet bugs / issues, wireless or internet access problems, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time when hopefully things will work better.

  • If at the time of the meeting you are a no-show and you have not contacted me at least two days prior to the meeting time to attempt to reschedule, either through the booking calendar or by emailing me, there is no refund.

If for some reason I can not make the time that you have booked, I will make every effort to contact you and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

However, if due to circumstances, our meeting gets unreasonably delayed by more than 30 days from the original time that you booked on the calendar, I will provide a full refund if you wish to cancel.
